GOOD DESIGN IS ACTUALLY A LOT HARDER TO NOTICE THAN POOR DESIGN, IN PART BECAUSE GOOD DESIGNS FIT OUR NEEDS SO WELL THAT THE DESIGN IS INVISIBLE, SERVING US WITHOUT DRAWING ATTENTION TO ITSELF.
